Ashley furniture store in Yuba City, CA (now out of business) sold us a leather chair/ottoman that was delievered WRAPPED & IN A BOX & the when we unwrapped it the chair hard 2 tears in the material. It also had a piece of wood that would protrude out of the back & strech the leather when someone sat on it. I called & they insisted on sendiong out a tech to fix the tears.
