This is to complain about CitiBank Financial Services and Santander Consumer. I sent a payment that was never credited to my account. Here is the story. Originally my auto loan was with CitiBank and a few weeks ago I received a letter to send my auto loan payments to Santander. Don't know why this was changed. Because my job requires me to work out-of-town, I make most of my payments using MoneyGram offered by Walmart.
