I purchased flowers for my wife in February 2010 and did not realize that I had been the victim of a scam that automatically deducted $14.95 from my account each month. I caught this fraud in October and called ProFlowers and Preferred Buyers Pass to get information. They have agreed to refund over $136 dollars that has been basically stolen from me but I have yet to see it post back to my account. I suggest everyone notify the Internet Fraud division of the FBI and the Washington BBB and file formal complaints. read full review »
