My husband lost his job and we fell behind on our mortgage payments. I've had the money to give them to catch everything up for a month and a half. However, they told me I have to get the total quote with the legal fees (which adds up everyday). I have yet to recieve a call back. It wasn't until yesterday when I e-mailed the vice president, Ms. McManus at [email protected] and threatened to contact a lawyer that I got a call this morning at 8:00 AM.
