These guys are scammers. They would not answer my questions in regard to cost and if they'd help with my own homework assignments. I spent 30 minnutes trying to get my questioned answered and could not get a straight answer out of the Jessica, the customer service rep. I asked her to use the words yes or no and she would not do it. she could ony redirect my question into how I should sign up. And of course, If would sign up, all of my questions would be answered.
