I called to cancel my US Airways Mastercard administered by Card Services in Philadelphia because I did not want to pay the annual fee anymore (US Airways pulled out of our airport). I called as soon as the charges appeared on my credit card bill. It took almost 30 minutes of arguing to cancel my card. They had offered to waive the annual fee if I kept the card active. I kept refusing and wanted my card cancelled. When they finally conceded they told me I would be charged for the annual fee for the coming year and would not budge. I am screwed... read full review »
