Ebay charged the fee for listing my item but when you search for my item it doesn't show up on the list. I filed a complaint which they said they were escalating but gave me no feedback or followup and didn't fix the problem. I spent 3 hours just to get a tech to "tell me" he filed a report with tech support. Seven days later, after my item expired while still bugged, I spent another 2 hours on chat trying to get 1. followup or 2. a refund of my listing fees.
