Purchased a cell phone with Verzon service through this "vendor" of Sams Club. I though that I was receiving a "Go Anywhere, peace of mind protection plan"...(Their words) when I added the $125.00 to my purchase. My sales rep, Andy Sobchuk was either not listening or was looking at the commission he would recieve when I explained I was a sailor and would probably need coverage if the Blackberry got banged around.
