I have gone to the bank for the last couple of months to make my payment. well it appears that when you make the payment in the bank they are to put the payment towards your mortgage account. RIGHT? well no they play with the money don't know where it goes??? so then they finally realize it's the house payment they put it in the account but now I have a late payment. keep your receipts from the bank.
