In 2007 we traded our timeshare at Green Mountain for one at Stormy Point. We were told that the "public" was being charged $32, 000 per unit, but since we were already owners, we get in for $22, 000. The "salesman" even showed us how the prices were scheduled to increase over the next couple of months up to $36, 000. Now, when we are called about selling our timeshare, we are told that we can only get $22, 000 to $24, 000.
