I decided to choose Compass Van Lines when they beat the competitor by lowering their price. When it came time to pack up my belongs, they charged me for tape that they did not need to use. I had left to go to the bank because I was charged 150's extra for living on the 3rd floor. My belongs were then pack, this was in August. I called them at the end of September and the did not know where my shipment was, mind you it was suppose to be in storage.
