I have purchased HP products for years. In fact, I have a hp printer at home and one at the office. I had traded up for a L7780 Multifunction printer when my other hp printer was having problems. Then in July 2010, I was having a problem with the L7780 and was talked into trading up for a Officejet Pro 8500 All in One Wireless for $299. When I received it, it was no trade up at all.
