Magic Jack is a complete rip-off. It doesn't work as advertised. And when you try to return it, they really give you the run around, claiming they can't find your order. Even though you have the product in your hand. Their game is to give you the run around until the thirty days is up and you can no longer return product. In their TV ad, they claim complete satisfaction or they will even pay the return postage. When you finally do get a RMA form, they simply tell you that you have to pay.
