I have paid SmileCare completely yet they still insist that I owe money. I was on a payment plan that was complete 3 months ago but they still take out the money. I have contacted the bank and they adjust the charges but I have to do it each month. Each time, I have to submit my insurance documents and correspondence from my insurance company. When I tried to explain the error, they did not even know what they were talking about.
