Stay away from this company. We has ordered a SAT improvement CD which came as agreed on 08/02/2010. Then on 10/14/2010 a charge for 59.70 appeared on our card statement. There was never an agreement for this. I was called by a jerk that wanted to tell me that our conversation was recorded when we placed the order. I asked him to play the recording he said that it was not able to access it, ofcourse I ask why, he was able to tell me it was recorded however he can't produce the recording.
