I ordered shoes from this company. After finding out I wouldn't get the shoes for 2 wks I tried to cancel my order (the day after ordering). They informed me I couldn't cancel because they were coming directly from the manufacturer. They arrived while I was on vacation and because Fedex was requiring a signature (they tried to deliver 3 times) I had to pick them up myself at the Fedex location.
