Capital One Visa credit cards charged a $150 annual membership charge (now plus interest with reminders of non-payment) with a revolving credit of $50, 000 which we never asked for or ever received. We couldn't find that there is even such a $150 membership with Capital One. This card was never applied for card nor had we ever received this card. We have talked to several Capital One agents but we still got a computer generated bills saying we still need to pay down the balance before the card can be closed. read full review »
