optimum7.com purports to be functional in SEO. Unfortunately, they are extremely unprofessional. Do not expect to get anything done for your money. Also, do not expect to have your reputation restored or any of your websites in the first page. When I asked for an accounting of what was completed for the hours billed, I was told that they did not need to report their hours.
