I had paid $500.03 for the tax preparation service. The actual amount for the services I availed are $250. I had contacted the business several times over phone and email requesting for the refund of the excess amount they collected from me. It has been 6 months but I have not received my money. Before the payment, every day they used to call me asking to make the payment. After payment there is no response and if someone attends the call they will transfer to some other person and I had to explain the entire story.
