ThinkGeek.com took my orders on 10/7/10. I paid with PayPal. It's 10/19/10, and they haven't shipped a thing, even though they took my money (hundreds of dollars!) They take forever to answer their phones! I asked to speak to a manager and was on hold even longer! I found the experience totally frustrating.
