AT&T
We canceled service with AT&T and were told not to pay our bill until we got a final bill. We received a bill last week for $24.16 due on Nov. 5. Tonight we got a automated call threatening to send the bill to a collection agency if we did not pay at once. we contacted AT&Tat once by phone. We were transferred 4 or 5 times before my wife hung up in tears. One person told her that we had to contact someone else to cancel long distance service. Another told her that she did not need to. One told her that the bill was due as soon as we canceled service. How does this company stay in business ? No two people can seem to say the same thing. read full review »
