Ordered a PINK Z1485 on 2/6/09. Suppossed to be delivered in 3-5 days, BACKORDERED. We said ok, we would wait. On 2/17/09 we received a BLUE camera. I wanted & ordered pink, they said a "man" had called, they didn't know who it was, & authorized him to ship the pink. Then Robert (extension 232) & also a woman started putting me on hold for 25+ minutes and hanging up on me. Everytime I call as soon as they get my name I get hung up on.
