I have been an AMEX customer since '07, used their green, platinum and now gold card. I move quite often and of course, I alway update my personal information for billing and shipping purposes. I average balance is between $5, 000.00 - $8, 000.00, which is always paid in full and on time. I have relocated to Washington, DC in May and have updated my address right away.
