They are a huge con. My friend and I thought we were getting a good deal on a hotel in the UK and when we got there the hotel had our names in the computer but under a rediculously more expensive rate (one that the hotel doesn't even charge), all because of student universe. Then when we emailed them about it they said that there was nothing they could do and basically left us with out a place to stay. Apart from the prices being fake adverisement its also fraud. This all happened one month ago and I am still trying to get the "manager" to call me back. Do not use them under any circumstances. read full review »
