Had Pella windows installed this year. Spent $6200 on a losuy product. I told the salesman my primary reason for purchase was noise reduction. Its been 10 months and i am still awakened by the highway every morning at 5:00 Am!! I have been decieved, lied to by Pella in Hicksville New York. One bedroom window even leaks; my carpet has flooded twice during nasty rain storms. called Pella, no one has done anything. so much for the useless warranty. DONT buy PELLA!! read full review »
