Directv will not refund a credit of $21.13. They claim the amount has to be $100 or more for them to refund and they outright refuse to send it back to me. For 4 years now, I’ve been suspending my Directv account in the fall and then putting the service back on in the spring of the following year. I do believe I’ve had a credit in the past, but allowed the amount to carry forward till the service was back on.
