I have been a loyal toyata customer for over 30 years and purchased multiple cars and trucks over that time. The product has be exceptional during that time. But I will probably never buy another Toyota because of there harrasment tacktics in in collections. They have truly become American by using the tacktics of American collection companies. It use to be that no one would call you unless you where over 30 days late on a payment. Even Toyota didn't until I had paid three of the 5 years I owed.
