I had never seen this sight before. I stumbled onto it looking for the phone number to Smitty G's Vacuum/Kirby parts. I too put in an order for some bags and a belt. It's been over a month ago now. NOTHING showed up! Apparently I'm not going to see anything either. I too got the full answering machine. I mailed them and got a response the stuff had been shipped but still nothing. This stuff online is all new to me. What happens now? Do they get to keep screwing people over? Do we have any recourse? read full review »
