Xbox Live 12-Month Halo Reach subscription card
Target had in-store advertising posting a $49.99 product ("Xbox Live 12-Month Halo Reach subscription card") on sale for $19.99. Attempted to purchase four of that item. They scanned as $49.99 individually at checkout. Escalated to Customer Service desk, who called Electronics salesperson. Salesperson flatly refused to honor the price of the product both described and PICTURED on Target corporate signage posted--by them--in their store. Complaints filed through state Attorney General and BBB, to which Target has not responded. read full review »
