After seeing a Washington Post News Ad about Swipe Auction Bidding process on New Items - I thought it was a Sure thing - WRONG!!! Immediately - they take out of your bank account $159.00 to start up to bid on their auction site - they say it is plain and clear. WRONG!!! Now it takes 28 days to get your money back - so if you have bills to pay and rent and so on, good luck, making those payment, with unexpectedly taking this out of your account!!!
