MCM (midland credit management) is extremely rude and unprofessional. thy have been harassing me with letters and phone calls about a 02 debit that I paid off in 08' for a landline phone provider for $3.15 that due to interest that has accumilated up to over $1, 000. it was fully paid through another company and NOW MCM is calling saying it is not paid. I sent the COPIES of proof of pay-off and they still are harassing me saying the account number they have is different even though it is the EXACT amount from the one that was paid.
