ordered personalized paper napkins, and personalized ribbon...reviewed color chart on order form and went by what it showed. When I received product, the napkins were the correct color (purple), but the ribbon was lavender, instead of purple. I did not expect the colors to be an exact match, but the ribbon should have at least been purple as described. The customer service team(I use that term loosely) gave me the run-a-round...can't return it, it's personalized, would give me a 10% discount...at the end I finally told them point... read full review »
