I just received a letter of being sued for $200.00 from SEARS's Law Firm and it is a scam! My son is being wrongly accused of stealing a t-shirt when it was a boy he was with. My son has NEVER been in any kind of trouble before and the head of security told us that he had reviewed the tapes and my son had nothing to do with it. We went home thankful that my son made the right decision to encourage the boy to not steal and stayed out of getting in trouble.
