I've been dealing with trying to get a Maytag Refridgerator replaced since May 2010. The first month they sent out 3 technicians and each was unsuccessful, finally determining the refridge was unrepairable. They were to have called in a "claim".. whatever that means. Several month and calls later (mind you I had to buy a temporary smaller refridge just to keep going.. how long do they think a family can live without a refridge anyway)...
