Requested free sample. Charged for shipping on Sept. 2, 2010 on my visa. I received nothing! Then to compound error, was charged for two payments on my visa. First one on Sept. 10, 2010, for shipping: $4.18 and and for order: $92.81 . The next one on Sept. 30. for shipping: $3.12, and for second order: $92.81. I have received nothing at all!!!
