I got the free sample. I returned within the trial date. I noticed I was charged $98.50 on bank statement. Contacted them, said they did not receive return. It had been 3 weeks. They couldn't find a return from me, but they said they would go on and give credit. I didn't receive credit. Contact glow. They said they received my return and refund was issued on 9/7.
