I placed my order on 10/5 for a 10 day trial. I didn't receive my order until the 9th day. When I checked my account on the 9th day, I had already been billed $87 plus change in addition to my shipping fee. I called them the next day to cancel the order and my account because I didn't get my 10 day trial. I was told that the order was canceled within the 10 day period and that I would be refunded the amount when I responded to an Order Modification Information email.
