I was with BofA for over 10 years. My job ended unbeknownst to me and a few checks were overdrawn due to my direct deposit never arriving for my pay nor my bonus. I went to the bank here. The "kids" working at the bank seemed to think it was funny. I told them that I wanted to the overdraft charges reversed. I NEVER abuse my checking or savings accounts. I went to a couple of branches that I deal with and they were not interested as I opened my account in another state.
