My wife called Geek Squad due to a problem that developed when a new Norton virus/utilities program was causing problems with her computer. The bill came to $320.00. This is nothing but consumer fraud! I suggest that if you have a computer problem you should simply trash your computer and purchase a new one in lieu of calling the Geek Ripoff Squad.
