I shop at Kohls on a regular basis and tonight I experienced one of the worst customer service experiences ever. My children are paid an allowance and with this allowance they choose to shop at Kohls. They each had their own money and a coupon. The sales lady completed two separate transactions of which they both handed her a coupon. When she gets to me, she says they can only take one coupon per household.
