Ughhhh! Awful experience. Dawn is slow to reply to e-mails and clearly down to rip off out of town people by getting them the wrong sizes and wanting to charge a fortune for alterations. No sympathy here. The bridal shop is over-priced and only looking to make even more money off of you. They will not accept any returns or exchanges and hide behind their contracts which exempt them from any responsibility. read full review »
