The sales department says that "most websites are up and running within 2-3 weeks". After 7 weeks of calling, emailing & begging I finally got to see the first rough draft of the website design. It looked NOTHING like I discussed with them. It was a cookie cutter template and they threw my logo on it. It looked like a 10th grader's first attempt at web design. I was told that my designer Nick was a supervisor so he was 'one of the best'. (That says a lot!) The writer they assigned me sent me copy with incomplete sentances!
