I ordered $200+ of hair products, they charged my credit card, zero communication on ship date and a very odd order confirmation, so I was suspicious from day one. No delivery as of yet-been weeks. They have generated 2 bogus USPS tracking numbers. Visa said they do this to "calm me down". When calling their "Customer Service" number (office supposedly on Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills) I am repeatedly put on hold. I finally asked for the owner or manager. She said no one really knows how to reach him! I may or may not receive shipment. Regardless they are a nightmare to deal with! read full review »
