I ordered merchandise from bedbathstore.com. The quality was bad and I wanted to return the merchandise and ask some questions. There website has a customer service e-mail for questions, etc. I sent several e-mails and did not get one response. There website also had a customer service number. After several attempts I finally was able to talk with a live person. I returned the merchandise as instructed and it's been 6 weeks and have not had a credit issued to my account.
