HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...They lied to me and ruined my X-mas - I ordered a neon St. Pauli Girl beer sign as a christmas gift on Dec 3, 2008 and never recieved it. My credit card was charged the same day but never got an email confirming my order. On Dec 19 I called to find out the status. The owner told me they don't ship products until they contact the customer first. When they call they won't leave messages in case the item is for a gift. I NEVER RECIEVED A PHONE CALL OR AN EMAIL.
