Placed order online. Called to confirm order as there was no confirmation email response sent that was promised upon placing the order. Called for 2 days straight, nothing but a machine. Did some investigating to find out that this has happened before and that there were about 100 complaints on this company for noncompliance, mail fraid, and not refunding money for cancelled orders!
