My wife and I signed up for the free 7-day trial and called to cancel the next day. The operator insisted that we both owed $24.99 each for viewing our credit cores, which were part of the viewable credit report. THere was nothing to indicate that viewing that portion of the report was an additional fee. We contested the charge and had to be transfered to manager to discuss.
