I highly recommend to all people thinking of taking a loan out with Provident Funding to never dial their number. I just tried to reset my mortgage with this company, nobody returns phone calls so don't bother leaving one, then they have customer service reps giving you incorrect information and when you finally do get a hold of someone that knows the correct information, they charge you a $100 late fee that no matter how wrong they are from their end, they will never waive.
