I was contacted by a salesperson, Laurie Simmons, about buying leads for financial planning in my county. The guarantee sounded great and the prospect list was screened for the clients I wanted. I bought the list and mailed a letter of introduction. Then I started to call all the leads. WHAT A SCAM! No one I talked with requested an advisor to contact them.
