Please be aware of a con man in the Calgary area by the name of Lindsay Lazelle who preys on women. He wines and dines them only to start asking them for money pretending that he is inheriting a large sum of money and will pay them there money back plus some. He will ask his victim to remotrgage their properties and cash in any assets they may have to "help him out" until his inheritance comes in.
